Dinner meetings are held quarterly. The meetings are open to members and others interested in attending. A speaker attends and is invited based upon the importance or relevance to the construction industry or current topical issue within the industry.

Dinner meetings are generally held the first Wednesday of the months of February, May, August, and the AGM is held in November. Members are reminded prior to the dinner with the confirmed speaker, venue, date and time of the event.
